What began as something I’m passionate about has evolved into something much more.

Motherhood is hard, so why not do it together

I am a mom, a wife, a social worker, and a photographer — but above all, I am someone who understands the realities of motherhood beyond what is often spoken about.

I have lived experience with postpartum depression, loneliness, rage, and resentment. These are parts of motherhood that many mothers carry quietly, often feeling ashamed or alone in their struggles. I know firsthand how isolating motherhood can feel, especially when you’re navigating emotions you never expected.

This support group was created because of those experiences.

It is deeply important to me to support other mothers who have felt similar emotions — the ones we often don’t say out loud. I believe every mother deserves a space where she can speak her mind, share her story, and be met with understanding rather than judgment.

My goal is to create a space where mothers can connect, listen, and be heard. A space where stories are shared, relationships are formed, and community is rebuilt.

Humans are not meant to do life alone.
Mothers are not meant to do motherhood alone.
We were always meant to have a village.

This group is peer-based and supportive in nature and is not a replacement for therapy or medical care.
