The Postpartum Roadmap

The transition into parenthood deserves thoughtful preparation, too.

Join us for a supportive postpartum planning class where you'll create a personalized plan for your fourth trimester. Together, we'll explore the essentials of postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding, rest, and building a strong support system for the weeks after baby arrives.

You'll leave with practical tools, a plan tailored to your family's needs, and greater confidence as you prepare to navigate the first 12 weeks with your new baby.

Because preparing for baby also means preparing to care for yourself.

Facilitated by a Postpartum Doula.

Holding Fire

Understanding Mom Rage, honoring the overwhelm, finding your way forward.

Motherhood can bring big emotions that aren't always easy to talk about. Sometimes exhaustion, overstimulation, unmet needs, and the mental load of caring for everyone can show up as frustration, irritability, or anger.

And sometimes that anger can feel surprising, overwhelming, or difficult to admit.

This workshop offers a supportive, judgment-free space to explore mom rage, better understand what may be contributing to it, and discover compassionate ways to respond to your emotions.

Together, we'll explore the triggers, expectations, and underlying needs that can contribute to maternal anger, while learning practical tools to help you navigate overwhelming moments with greater awareness and self-compassion.

You are not a bad mom for having big feelings. You deserve support, too.

Who is this for: Pregnant, birthing parent, moms
